CALL FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS

We are looking for creative teachers of English for participating in an exchange project in Karelia, Russia. The possible duration of staying is 6 months.
From January till June 2012 and in July they will teach English to adults and youth. Teachers are expected to perform the following tasks: designing the curriculum of the language course, giving 12-20 academic hours per week.
Participants of the program will also have an opportunity to work with schoolchildren in the international summer language camp “English non stop” in June and August (starting on June, 20).
The participants will learn Russian. The Russian course will last for 2 weeks, classes will take place from Monday to Friday (40 hours). All levels of Russian are offered: from beginner to the third certificate level. We provide teachers with the Russian course for free.
We provide teachers with the free accommodation in Russian families.
The candidate teacher should have education or some experience in teaching foreign languages.
The deadline for applications is September, 15th, 2011 (for working from January).
